The news in these days weighs heavily on many hearts. Conflict and unrest are touching many places across our world, and we remember especially those living in fear amid violence and uncertainty. We also hold in mind members of our own communities who carry deep concern for family and friends overseas, waiting anxiously for news and holding their loved ones in prayer each day.
In moments such as these, the Church turns with trust toward the Lord, bringing before Him the suffering of the world and the longing of every human heart for peace. Prayer draws us together in hope and reminds us that even in troubled times we are never alone.
All are warmly invited to gather in prayer, placing before God the needs of our world and seeking His gift of peace for every nation and every family.
