The church was built in 1856 by Fr Garahy in the Gothic style. In 1901, Edward Martyn of Tulira Castle commissioned Christopher Whall to design stained glass windows. His work led to the founding of An Túr Gloine, the Dublin stained-glass studio, whose artists created the windows now in the church. The chancel was rebuilt in 1930, and the church was almost completely reconstructed in 1964–65 by Simon J. Kelly. Bishop Browne rededicated it in September 1965. The entrance gates once stood at Roxborough House and were bought by Canon Considine for £10.

Built in 1841 on the site of an older chapel that had also served as a school, the church was erected under Fr Michael Burke. He was later struck by lightning outside the church in 1855 and never fully recovered; a marble plaque commemorates him. Fr P. Geraghty reroofed the church and built a belfry about 1881, later destroyed by a cyclone. Fr Francis Cassidy improved the church between 1884 and 1893, adding a marble and Caen stone altar. Six leaded-light windows were installed by Fr M. Corcoran in 1941. In 1986 the sacristy was repaired and a new presbytery built nearby.

This church was built in 1850 by James Daly of Castledaly entirely at his own expense. It is an oblong building with a Gothic tower. The altar, also a gift from Daly, is made of Sicilian and Siena marble. By 1920, the building had deteriorated badly and was reconstructed with new walls, roof, and flooring. A grotto was added in 1992 by Fr Toher.
