The University of Galway Catholic Society on their pilgrimage to Rome accompanied by Fr Declan Lohan of Renmore Parish. The group of students spent 4 days in Rome with an exciting program that included celebrating Mass in the Irish chapel in the grottos of St Peter’s Basilica, attending a Papal audience in St Peter’s Square, visiting many of the great sights and of course time for ice-cream and pizza!
