The Diocese provides chaplaincy services across a wide range of settings. Through these ministries, the Dioceses offers pastoral care, sacramental ministry, and spiritual support to people in hospitals, schools, colleges, the Defence Forces, and other community settings.
Each chaplaincy serves a particular group or context within the life of the Diocese. Chaplains accompany people at key moments – in times of learning, service, illness, and recovery -bringing the presence of the Church to where people live and work.
Chaplains work closely with parishes and the diocesan offices, ensuring that care is consistent and well supported.
