Church of St Attracta, Kilfenora

Built in 1831 when Fr Daniel O’Brien was parish priest of Kilfenora, this small rural church is rectangular with an octagonal apse at the sanctuary and a belfry on the north gable. It remains notable for its simple vernacular character and quiet setting.
